More than 30 years ago, Dan founded the firm with the vision to provide architecture and interior design services to meet the needs of building owners and tenants. Since then, he has built a practice by leveraging design as a tool that maximizes real estate and in turn, supports developers, facility managers, brokers, and end users. For his efforts in elevating the design profession through his relationship building, Dan was bestowed the Leadership Award of Excellence by the IIDA Northern California Chapter in 2009.
